About Us

Donna Gordon and Brenda Mouton - the leading owners of the personal care home of I'm Home I'm Home

We here at I'm Home I'm Home have small intimate homes with small populations ,which allows us to provide individual ,but affordable care. We have access to various visiting, physician groups, social service agencies federal, State and Community resources, all tailored to fit the individual.

Case Managers coordinates all service in the community and oversee health ,safety ,welfare, and rights of all enrolled residents. We encourage and assist family members in obtaining guardianship and/or power of attorney of their loved ones, should it be needed.
